At Sonqo we bring warmth to children in the coldest, highest places of Peru. Every winter the cold season drops below −20 °C and hits the high-Andean communities hardest — the ones with the least help.
We are 100% Ad Honorem, with no political affiliation. Every cent you entrust to us becomes, in full, the making and delivery of a thermal jacket. No middlemen.

Every donation and charity event throughout the year adds up to clothe more children.

We produce blue thermal jackets at cost, with no profit — built to beat the cold.

We deliver
We climb up to the communities and place each jacket in its child's hands. One by one.
How far we go
All the way to the last community
We travel to the highest, most remote communities of Peru, where no one else reaches, to deliver each jacket in person, child by child.

Born to bring warmth
Sonqo was born in 2016 from a group of Markham College alumni, united by one conviction: no Peruvian child should be cold.
We are a formally registered non-profit organization. The whole team works ad honorem, so every sol you donate goes, in full, to making and delivering jackets.
