By accessing this website and, in particular, by making a donation, you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or make donations.

• Donation: a voluntary financial contribution made in favor of Sonqo.

Sonqo is a non-profit organization dedicated to keeping children from Andean communities in Peru warm through the delivery of quality jackets. The site informs about this mission and allows you to make donations to support it.

Donations are voluntary and made in Peruvian soles (PEN). Card payments are processed through MercadoPago; Sonqo does not capture, store or have access to your full card number, since that data is tokenized and handled directly by the payment processor.

As voluntary contributions to a social cause, donations are final and non-refundable. The only exception is a duplicate charge or a verifiable technical error: in that case, write to contacto@sonqoperu.com attaching proof, and we will review the return of the amount charged in error.

Funds raised are allocated to Sonqo's mission (acquiring and delivering jackets and related activities), according to the criteria and priorities set by the organization. A donation does not guarantee assignment to a specific child or an individualized outcome.

The name, logo, brand, texts, images and other content on the site are the property of Sonqo or used with authorization. Their reproduction or use without prior written consent is prohibited.

You agree to use the site lawfully. It is prohibited to damage or disrupt its operation, extract data through automated means without permission, impersonate others, or use the site for fraudulent or illegal purposes.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sonqo shall not be liable for indirect or incidental damages, or damages arising from failures, service outages, or errors attributable to third parties.

The site may integrate or link to third-party services (such as MercadoPago or social networks) governed by their own terms and policies. Sonqo does not control and is not responsible for such services.

To make a donation you must be of legal age or have the authorization of your parent or guardian.

Sonqo may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page; we recommend reviewing it periodically.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the city of Cusco.
